The room was gorgeous the bed was comfortable. Unlimited tea and coffee were available. The shower was also amazing I loved it.
The bathroom was dirty with residue in the bath I couldn't clean. There was no plug in the wash hand basin. The decor in the bathroom had been damaged repairs weren't effective after fitments were removed.

quiet roomfree parkingfriendly staffholes in wallfaulty lightsingle glazed window
the room was quiet it had everything i needed. staff were friendly and efficient. there was plenty of parking on site and it was free.
the room had holes in the walls where previous fittings have been removed there was no attempt to even fill them in. the light switches for the main room light did not work. the single glazed window meant condensation.
