small television battered furniture
the television in the room was too small. it also sat in a corner far from the bed. the furniture seemed old and a bit battered.

gorgeous room comfortable bed unlimited tea dirty bathroom missing plug damaged decor
The room was gorgeous the bed was comfortable. Unlimited tea and coffee were available. The shower was also amazing I loved it.
The bathroom was dirty with residue in the bath I couldn't clean. There was no plug in the wash hand basin. The decor in the bathroom had been damaged repairs weren't effective after fitments were removed.

a reasonably good experience
quiet room free parking friendly staff holes in wall faulty light single glazed window
the room was quiet it had everything i needed. staff were friendly and efficient. there was plenty of parking on site and it was free.
the room had holes in the walls where previous fittings have been removed there was no attempt to even fill them in. the light switches for the main room light did not work. the single glazed window meant condensation.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. the breakfast included was excellent, filling me up completely.

The room was fine, and there were no issues despite being on the ground floor.
The room decor felt quite outdated. Several lights in the room did not work. The room did not match the advertised pictures.
